By participating in the Professional Insights Collaborative (PIC) community, members agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct and uphold the values and principles it embodies.

1. Respect and Professionalism

1.1. Members of the Professional Insights Collaborative (PIC) shall treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times.

1.2. Members shall refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be considered disrespectful, discriminatory or offensive to others, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability or age.

1.3. Members shall communicate openly, honestly and constructively with fellow members, fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
 

2. Confidentiality

2.1. Members shall maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the PIC community, including discussions, documents and any other proprietary or confidential information.

2.2. Members shall not disclose or misuse confidential information obtained through their participation in PIC without proper authorization.

2.3. Members shall respect the privacy of other members and refrain from sharing personal information without explicit consent.
 

3. Integrity and Ethics

3.1. Members shall conduct themselves with integrity, honesty and transparency in all their interactions within the PIC community and beyond.

3.2. Members shall adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards in their professional activities and engagements.

3.3. Members shall avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts promptly and transparently.
 

4. Collaboration and Contribution

4.1. Members shall actively contribute to the objectives and activities of the PIC community, sharing their knowledge, expertise and resources for the benefit of all members.

4.2. Members shall engage in collaborative discussions and activities in a constructive manner, seeking to foster innovation, creativity and mutual learning.

4.3. Members shall respect the intellectual property rights of others and give proper credit for ideas, contributions and works shared within the PIC community.
 

5. Professional Development

5.1. Members shall strive for continuous professional development, staying informed about developments in their respective fields and actively seeking opportunities for learning and growth.

5.2. Members shall support and mentor fellow members, sharing insights, advice and resources to facilitate their professional development and success.

5.3. Members shall uphold the reputation and credibility of the PIC community through their professional conduct and achievements.
 

6. Conflict of Interest

6.1. PIC members acknowledge the importance of maintaining independence and impartiality in their interactions within the community.

6.2. Should a member transition to a role on the supplier/vendor/agency side, they are required to promptly notify the PIC administration team.

6.3. Members transitioning to a supplier/vendor/agency role shall be respectfully removed from active participation in the PIC community to avoid any potential conflicts of interest.

6.4. Reinstatement to the PIC community may be considered upon cessation of the supplier/vendor/agency role, subject to review and approval by the PIC administration team.
 

7. Non-Solicitation (No Selling)

7.1. PIC members understand that the primary purpose of the community is to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing and professional development.

7.2. Members shall refrain from engaging in solicitation or selling activities within the PIC community, including but not limited to promoting products, services or commercial ventures.

7.3. Unsolicited marketing messages, advertisements or promotional content are strictly prohibited within PIC channels, including discussion forums, messaging platforms and events.

7.4. Members seeking to share relevant resources, tools or opportunities with the community must do so in a non-promotional and non-commercial manner, with the primary focus on adding value for fellow members.

7.5. Any member found to be in violation of this non-solicitation policy may be subject to disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension or expulsion from the PIC community.


8. Compliance and Enforcement

8.1. Members are expected to familiarize themselves with this Code of Conduct and abide by its principles and guidelines.

8.2. Any violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the designated authorities within PIC for appropriate investigation and resolution.

8.3. PIC reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension or expulsion, against members found to have violated this Code of Conduct.
